2016 Outdoor: Turned in a career-best 100 meters time of 13.71 at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 23) … Competed in the preliminary heats of the 100 (13.84) at the NCAC Championships (May 6) … Logged a career-best 200 meters clip of 28.44 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 29).

2016 Indoor: Continued to showcase improvement … Highlights include logging a career-best time of 1:08.67 in the 400 meters at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 20) … Competed in the preliminary heats of the 400 at the NCAC Championships (March 4).

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the prelims of the 200 at the NCAC meet, crossing at a season-best clip of 28.79 (May 1) … Top 100 time (13.86) came at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 24).

2015 Indoor: Competed primarily in the 400, and logged a season-best time of 1:17.84 at the Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 31).

2014 Cross Country: Made a pair of starts, including at the Wooster Invitational, logging a 20:43.1 over the 4000-meter course (Aug. 29).

2014 Outdoor: Moved up to the middle distance events for the outdoor slate, competing in the 800 meters … Logged a season-best time of 3:25.85 at the Kenyon Spring Invitational (April 19).

2014 Indoor: Competed in two meets … Ran the 300 (56.71) and 500 (1:44.45) meters at the Wooster-Oberlin Dual (Jan. 17) … Turned in a 1:16.16 in the 400 at the NCAC Quad (Jan. 25).

Prior to Wooster: Part of four City of Cleveland Championships at John Hay High School … Earned letters in cross country and track & field.
