2018 Cross Country: Delivered a breakthrough performance at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) by finishing as the Scots’ No. 3 harrier at 24:25.6 … One of six Scots who placed in the top-10 at the Denison Dual Meet (Oct. 20) … Ran a 25:02.1 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2018 Outdoor: Exclusively ran the 400-meter hurdles … Placed fourth with time of 1:14.43 at the Denison Big Red Invitational (April 27), and logged a similar clip of 1:14.85 in the preliminary heats of the NCAC Championships (May 4-5).

2018 Indoor: Competed in three meets … Posted similar times of 2:38.34 and 2:38.83 in the 800 meters at the Kenyon Classic (Feb. 17) and Fighting Scots Invitational (Jan. 27).

2017 Cross Country: Rapid ascension in the lineup led to a start at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 11) … Logged a 26:39.3 at the regional meet … Two weeks prior, turned in a 25:59.4 at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 28) … Added a 26:39.6 at the other championship-level meet, the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).

2017 Outdoor: Competed twice in the 800 with top time coming via a 2:37.16 at the Wooster Invitational (April 1).

2017 Indoor: Did not compete.

2016 Cross Country: Made five starts on the year … Placed sixth in the season-opening Wooster Invitational 4000 meters race with a time of 17:03.5 … Followed up with a similar time of 17:19.7 a week later at the Wooster-Denison Dual.

Prior to Wooster: Three-year member on the state team for Lori Lee at Heritage High School … Cherry Creek MVP as a junior.
