2019-20: Earned all-conference honors again, this time as a member of the 400 medley relay that placed third with a time of 3:28.99 at the NCAC Championships … Swam on Wooster’s sixth-place 400 freestyle relay (3:10.84) and seventh-place 800 free (7:13.97) relays at NCACs … Individually, touched 16th in the 100 free (48.02), 17th in the 200 free (1:46.66), and 23rd in the 50 free (22.50) at the conference championships.

2018-19: Earned all-conference honors for the first time as part of the Scots’ third-place 800 free relay that clocked in at 6:51.98 at the NCAC Championships … Individually, placed 23rd in the 200 free (1:46.80) and 500 free (4:57.10), and was 25th in the 100 free (48.63) at the NCAC meet.

2017-18: Debuted at the NCAC Championships as part of the Scots’ fifth-place 800 free relay (6:51.84) … Individually, won the bonus heat of the 100 free (48.21) and was 25th in the 200 free (1:45.06) at NCACs … Also swam in the preliminary heats of the 50 free, 200 and 400 free relays, and 200 medley relay at NCACs.

Prior to Wooster: Team captain as a senior for Cindy Dell at Lake Forest High School … Helped the Scouts to a sectional championship.

Personal: Born Aug. 26, 1999 … Son of Robert and Lynette Foss … Eagle Scout … Majoring in biology with a minor in environmental studies.
