CSC Academic All-District® selection for the 2023-24 academic year … One-time member of the NCAC Academic Honor Roll and three-time member of the AD Honor Roll.

2024 Outdoor: NCAC runner-up in shot put with an outdoor school-record toss of 41 feet, 0.5 inches at NCAC Championships (May 3-4) …  Also competed in discus and hammer throw at NCACs with marks of 126 feet, 11 inches (fifth place) and 109 feet, 5 inches (11^th place), respectively … Narrowly missed out on All-Ohio honors in shot put, placing fourth in 36 feet, 6.25 inches at All-Ohio Championships (Apr. 13) … Won discus throw with a season-best 127 feet, 2 inches at Duane Gomez Invitational (Apr. 20) … Had season-best 127 feet, 4 inches in hammer at Denison Invitational (Apr. 26) … Overall made seven starts.

2024 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Region honoree in shot put … NCAC shot put champion with a toss of 41 feet, 3 inches at NCAC Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Broke school indoor shot put record with a toss of 42 feet, 4.75 inches at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 3) and won the event as well … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Feb. 6 after the school-record toss … Placed fifth in weight throw at NCACs with collegiate-best 48 feet, 5.25 inches … Won shot put at three additional meets … Overall made eight starts.

2023 Outdoor: Broke school record in the discus throw with a toss of 132 feet, 2 inches at Bob Kahn Invitational (March 31-April 1) … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on April 3 following that record-breaking performance … School record mark was good for a runner-up finish in the event at Bob Kahn … Won shot put (37 feet, 6.75 inches) and had a collegiate-best hammer mark (130 feet, 1 inch) during dual meet against Oberlin (April 8) … Hammer mark was good for fourth in program history in the event … Won the discus throw in dual meet against Denison (April 12) with a toss of 123 feet, 9 inches … Also had fifth-longest outdoor shot put mark in school history of 38 feet, 6.75 inches against Denison … Overall, competed in nine meets.

2023 Indoor: NCAC shot put champion with a collegiate-best mark of 40 feet, 2 inches during the NCAC Championships (Feb. 24-25) … Named NCAC Athlete of the Week on Feb. 6 after shot put win at Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 4) … Won shot put in four meets on the season, including conference championships … Placed fifth overall in shot put at All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 11) with a throw of 37 feet, 9.5 inches … Had collegiate-best weight throw toss of 43 feet, 7.25 inches to place third at Kenyon Invitational (Feb. 17) … Made collegiate debut at season-opening home Wooster Invitational (Jan. 14) with marks of 31 feet, 9.25 inches in shot put and 35 feet, 6.75 inches in weight throw … Overall, competed in eight meets.

Prior to Wooster: Conference champion in outdoor shot put and indoor discus as a senior at Upper Arlington High School … District runner-up in the discus as a senior … Two-time conference champion and district runner-up overall … Four-year letterwinner in track & field and was coached by Bryan Ferris, Elena Schmitt, and Lauren Karap … Lettered twice in basketball and twice in volleyball.
