2020 Indoor: Just missed on All-NCAC honors in the 3000 meters, thanks to a personal-best time of 10:40.16, which was good for fourth-place at the NCAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) … Part of Wooster’s sixth-place distance medley relay (13:05.83) at the NCAC Championships … Earned a spot on Wooster’s scoring DMR at the All-Ohio Championships (Feb. 15), with that relay placing sixth at 13:22.12 … Logged a time of 10:54.97 in the 3K at All-Ohio, which was good for 11th-place.

2019 Cross Country: Earned All-NCAC honorable mention honors, thanks to a 17th-place time of 23:17.8 at the NCAC Championships (Nov. 2) … Narrowly missed on other major awards, including all-region and All-Ohio honors … Placed 42nd at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 16) with time of 22:35.7 and was 25th among Div. III harriers at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) with time of 24:20.4 … Broke Wooster’s 4000-meters team record at the season-opening Wooster Invitational (Aug. 30) with third-place time of 15:14.5.

2019 Outdoor: Competed in the preliminary heats of the 1500 meters and 3000-meter steeplechase at the NCAC Championships (May 3-4), and posted times of 5:15.55 and 12:22.83, respectively … Logged a season-best steeplechase time of 12:16.48 at the All-Ohio Championships (April 13) … Won the 800 meters in Denison Dual Meet (April 10) with time of 2:34.41.

2019 Indoor: Competed in the 3K and 5K meters at the NCAC Championships (March 1-2) and placed 11th in the 3K at 11:08.92 … Runner-up in the mile (5:42.64) at the NCAC Last Chance Meet (Feb. 22) and as part of the DMR (13:44.43) at the Bob Shannon Invitational (Feb. 2).

2018 Cross Country: Crossed at 24:08.2 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10), which was third within the team and 101st overall … Time of 24:30.5 was good for 37th-place at the NCAC Championships (Oct. 27) … Logged a season-best championship-length time of 23:59.2 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).
